Michelle Joseph Paul, was born in Trinidad and Tobago and moved to Baytown, Texas in 1976. She currently resides in Houston, Texas and has 30 years of experience providing human services, to economically disadvantage, populations in the Harris County/Houston area. Ms. Paul holes a Bachelor of Science in Human Service from Springfield College, a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management for Our Lady of the Lake University and an Evidence Based Coaching Certificate from Fielding Graduate University.
Furthermore, she is a Senior Fellow with the American Leadership Forum, The American Leadership Forum (ALF) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to join and strengthen diverse leaders to serve the common good.
Michelle’s life work is that of service, and from 2011-2013 she worked as a volunteer with The Ultimate Woman Project, a women’s empowerment group that was started in her living room when she saw the need for a few of her friends to become liberated from the mental prison of brokenness and uncertainty.
Passionate about her life’s work, Michelle founded In-To-Me-See, Inc., to help individuals realize their hearts goals for living as instructed in the scriptural reference of Proverbs 4:23: “Keep thy heart with all diligence because out of the heart flows the issues of life.” She utilizes her coaching, facilitating and speaking skills as a conduit for assisting others to live life to their fullest potential.
